We represent companies. Of course, O'Dell Law Group, APC ("OLG"), is committed to delivering exceptional legal services that drive success for our clients. How do we do that? We believe in building relationships and true partnerships with our clients. We strive to know their business and operations to be able to deliver advice and counsel that works with companies to help them achieve their goals while minimizing legal risk. California's legal landscape, especially the employment laws, can be complex and highly technical. It is important to find the right legal partner who can help navigate the myriad of laws, while understanding and mindful of any operational impact.

We are trial attorneys. In the unfortunate event that our clients are sued, we immediately roll up our sleeves to investigate what happened and formulate a litigation strategy to provide the best defense possible. We have deep expertise in defending against employment-related claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, including for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, claims under the California Labor Code, including for alleged wage and hour and whistleblower retaliation claims, as well as California's other employment laws. Our representation includes defending against individual, class, and representative claims, i.e., the Private Attorney General Act ("PAGA").
